Following the successful market launch at Labelexpo 2010 in Chicago, Gallus kicked off its roadshow through the U.S. at the end of last year with a stopover in Atlanta. The Gallus ECS 340 is being demonstrated live virtually on the doorstep of interested label printers on a specially adapted truck travelling throughout the North American market. After the latest stops in Florida in January 2011, the Gallus ECS 340 is now on the move once again and was in Dallas at the end of March for a two-day demonstration.   more

Etibana GmbH, based in Germany and part of the RAKO Group, develops and produces high-quality adhesive labels for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and chemical companies. With around 70 employees, it is one of the few adhesive label suppliers in Germany that are fully certified in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).   more

The true potential of a press is sometimes not immediately obvious, so some customers get quite a pleasant surprise when making investment decisions. This was the case with the management team at schäfer-etiketten GmbH & Co KG last year, when they found a model that significantly exceeded the specified performance levels during extensive print tests. The press in question, the Gallus TCS 250, was the front-runner at the end of the selection process. It has been in operation at the German company's print shop in Wolfschlugen since October 2010, combining high-quality results with enhanced cost-efficiency for numerous jobs.   more
